Day 7 Build

One whole week and we've gotten this far already! I thought we would be painting the interior today, but we actually did a lot of the same tasks as yesterday. The caulking needed a second coat since it dries out overnight, so we did that, and then added a layer of paint on top of it. We did this around each board underneath the roof and around all the windows. It kept us busy for most of the day caulking the second coat and painting all windows and trim afterwards (with the sun blazing down on us at a high of 88 degrees). I hear tomorrow is the day for working on the interior, so stay tuned. With a few tasks that took all day, there isn't much more to share. We're all going out to dinner in a bit, so I'm finishing up this post before then and will be back at it bright and early tomorrow morning!
